Internet Required
Yes, in order to create interlink connections between local barangays and the internet for the many critical data needed to make GAD (Gender and Development) reports. Install the standalone database solution or offline mode if the barangay does not have internet access, and use USB flash drives, Excel files, or PDF file types to submit reports.
Location
Based on the individual and household profiles of registered residents and migrants, the executive level will determine which department or departments will have full access to retrieve information. The installation will be hosted by the Mayor's Office.
Levels of Accessibility
It is the responsibility of the Mayor's Office to administer the GAD Database and Profiling Systems. This office is also the one that has the authority to provide or deny access to the end-user based on the tailored fit request of preferences.
End-user's Requirement
The appointment of a Data Privacy Officer to verify or review the authenticity of barangay clearance or certificate, including but not limited to indigency, solitary parent, and other official barangay papers. Furthermore, for the purpose of generating GAD reports for the purpose of socioeconomic profiling.
Backup and Contingency Plan
Given that the application is a cloud-based platform, there is no requirement for a backup plan to be implemented. There is, however, a requirement for an annual prescription in order to prevent any data loss in the event that the renewal is unsuccessful.
Yearly Subscription
The first year of subscription to cloud-based services under the agreement is free, and therefore, it is the local government unit(s) obligation to initiate payments for the renewal of hosting in the next few years and also to local barangays.
Warranty Security
The large display monitor/smart TV, the GAD database, and the profiling systems at the city/municipality level are supported by a warranty that is valid for one (1) year. In the event that it is required, technical support can be provided via text message, phone call, remote access, or in-person visit. In the event that the warranty is no longer valid, the provider is obligated to charge a nominal fee for onsite troubleshooting services when they are required.
